Biography
Golsana, a passionate cellist with over 12 years of classical
performance experience, and 5 years of teaching, started her musical journey in Tehran in
2005. As part of the “Duos Duet”, violin cello duo formed in 2017 with Niki Yaghmaee, she
has performed and collaborated with artists globally. Now, she embraces music composition,
aiming to evoke emotions and push boundaries.

"As an Iranian female cellist, I have faced both challenges and opportunities to break down stereotypes and embrace diversity through music and I have been deeply moved by the emotions that music can evoke and the connections it can create between people. Beyond language and borders, music has connected me with audiences from diverse backgrounds. I have dedicated my artistic pursuit to Classical and Experimental music
In my musical journey, I celebrate diversities. I pursue to blend the haunting melodies of Eastern music with the rich harmonies of Western classical music. In my opinion, this fusion creates an unexplored language".
